THE PACKAGE...
The 2008 season will consist of ?? races. The meetings will have varying formats so as to give the drivers a variation and make the season more interesting.
Trophies will be awarded to the top 3 finishers of each class in each race, and there will also be a "Special Award" trophy awarded at the prize giving ceremony at each event.
The Global GT Lights Championship will again be run by Graham Hathaway Engineering in 2008, and will have the services of Ian Nippress on board as the Championship Co-ordinator. He is essentially the competitors' first port of call if they have any questions, problems, issues, etc. which relate to the championship.
2008 looks set to be a very open and exciting years for Globals. Reigning Champion David Mountain has decided not to try to defend his crown, and will instead compete only in selected races, whilst takling the BritSports Championship.
